Prior to joining Aligned Telehealth, Hiteshi was the chief operating officer at Agilon Health, Inc., which was formed under her leadership when Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) grew through various mergers and acquisitions with Primary Provider Management Company, Inc. (PPMC) and related independent practice associations (IPAs) in 2016.
Hiteshi is also credited with forming Physician Hospital Consortium (PHC), IPAs, and management service organizations fulfilling the needs of stakeholders, physicians, and patients. She serves on the Advisory Board for AMVI CARE Health Network, a PHC which was originally formed by her.
