Sub : Board Resolution by Circulation Appoi ntment of a new Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors of Al Kami! Power Company SAOG ("the Company") is pleased to advise the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors' community about its resolution to appoint Mr. Abdullah AI-Rawahi as Chief Executive Officer of the Company in replacement of Mr. Yaqoub AI-Harthi effective 01 January 2017 .

Mr. Yaqoub AI-Harthi will leave the Company by the same date and pursue new professional challenges within Engie.

Mr. Abdullah AI-Rawahi holds a Master in Industrial Engineering and B. Eng. Degree in mechanical engineering from Sultan Qaboos University.

Mr. Abdullah AI-Rawahi has been associated with power plant operations and management in various power plants for over 22 years. He was a site Manager for STOMO in Sarka II power and desalination Plant and before that, he was operation manager in Barka II power and desalination Plant and Rusail Power Plant.

The Board of Directors of Al Kami! Power Company SAOG welcomes Mr. Abdullah AI-Rawahi and expresses all its gratitude to Mr. Yaqoub AI-Harthi for the work completed and projects achieved successfully over his period with the Company.
