Carr Properties today announced it has signed two new office leases at 2311 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, VA. Leading trade association AHRI and law firm Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C. will be relocating their headquarters locations bringing the new building to 58% preleased.

AHRI and Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C. have signed leases totaling 55,910 square feet, with AHRI set to occupy 25,063 square feet and Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C. 30,847 square feet respectively. AHRI was represented by The Ezra Company’s Eugene Martin and Brian Martin. Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C. was represented by Avison Young’s Marty Almquist, Bruce McNair and David Millard. Opower previously signed a lease to locate its corporate headquarters at the building.
