Based on the operation activity results of 2019, Air Carrier 'Ural Airlines' has carried 9, 616 908 passengers (that is +7% as compared with the key operating performance indicator of 2018). 4, 775 688 passengers have been carried by means of the domestic air lines (DAL), as far as the international air lines (IAL) are concerned, here the key operating performance indicator has reached 4, 841 220 passengers. A total number of flights performed during this period has amounted up to 63, 865 (i.e. +3% to the passenger-kilometers indicator of 2018), including DAL passenger-kilometers indicator measuring up 32, 652 flights and IAL passenger-kilometers indicator comprising 31, 213 flights. The passenger carriage has increased by 8% and has amounted to 23, 387 609 thousand passenger-kilometers.

In December 2019, 647, 251 passengers have engaged the services of Air Carrier 'Ural Airlines', which is 12% higher than the key operating performance indicator of 2018. 333, 075 passengers have been carried by means of the domestic air lines (DAL), 314, 176 passengers have been carried by means of the international air lines (IAL). In December, Air Carrier 'Ural Airlines' has performed 4, 824 flights (i.e. +8% compared to the last year passenger-kilometers indicator), including 2, 317 IAL flights and 2, 507 DAL flights.

In 2019, Air Carrier 'Ural Airlines' has launched the following new destinations: Moscow-London, Ekaterinburg-Xian-Phuket, Zhukovsky-Budapest, Zhukovsky-Amsterdam, Ekaterinburg-Almaty, Irkutsk-Bangkok, Perm-Prague, Moscow-Blagoveshchensk, Zhukovsky-Erevan, Moscow-Bordeaux, Moscow-Montpellier and others.

An important event for Air Carrier 'Ural Airlines' in the past year was the refitting of the aircraft depot with the latest passenger aircrafts, AirbusA320neo aircraft series, (one aircraft is of A321neo and three are of A320neo series). The Air Carrier 'Ural Airlines' aircraft depot comprises 47 passenger aircrafts. Another A321neo is expected to be delivered in January 2020. In addition, in 2019, Air Carrier 'Ural Airlines' has set into operation a new manufacturing unit with maintenance and manufacture workshops for aircraft component parts.
