5Star Life Insurance Company (5Star Life) today announced that it has completed its redomestication to the state of Nebraska.

“The move supports our strategic plan to grow our group and worksite business, and we believe the state of Nebraska provides the perfect environment,” said General Ed Eberhart, USAF (Ret.), Chairman of 5Star Life.

In December, the former Louisiana-domiciled insurance company completed its year-long effort to redomesticate to Nebraska where 5Star Life already has a significant operations center. In addition, the move helps cement its future expansion plans in a state with a rich and vibrant life insurance community.

“Our redomestication to the state of Nebraska is the culmination of many months of hard work on the part of our legal and finance teams,” said Mark Singleton, President of 5Star Life. “We look forward to working with the Nebraska Department of Insurance as 5Star Life continues the important work of providing financial protection to those we serve.”
