Mr. Cherry co-founded Caerus Ventures in October 2010.
He has more than 15 years of principal investment, comprehensive finance and strategic advisory experience.
Over the course of five years in private equity and a decade on Wall Street, he has developed an acute proficiency in complex negotiation strategy and execution, qualitative and quantitative analytics, as well as innovative transaction structuring.
In 1997, Mr. Cherry began a successful career on Wall Street in Salomon Brother's Investment Banking Division where he managed or executed more than $500 million in transactions, acquiring domestic and international, working in Salomon's New York and London offices.
He joined Neuberger Berman in 1999 as an Equities Analyst and in his tenure, ascended to Senior Lodging & Leisure Analyst.
He went on to found Cherry Capital LLC, a boutique strategic and finance advisory firm and helped co-found Energy 5.0 LLC, a utility-scale renewable energy development-fund.
Mr. Cherry completed Harvard Business School's executive MBA course, Strategic Negotiation and Competitive Decision Making in 2010 and graduated from Brown University in May 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics.
