She has worked in the Securities Department of Beijing Kangda Law Firm, the Investment Banking Department of Zhongtian Guofu Securities, and the Quality Control Department of Kaiyuan Securities, and has been engaged in capital market legal services for many years.
Leading or as a core member of the project, she is responsible for the IPO project of Tuoxin Pharmaceutical (301089) Growth Enterprise Market, Jianzhijia (605266) Main Board IPO Project, Capital Stock (600860) Major Asset Reorganization Project, Aucma (600336) Non-Public Project, Jingqiang Technology (871766) New Third Board Listing Project, etc.
At the same time, she has provided perennial legal services to many listed or large companies such as Shengyang Technology (603703) and Jinxi Axle (a subsidiary of China Weapons).
Ms. Liu Yuan holds a master's degree in law from North China University of Technology.
