Prior to joining Medica she worked as VP Business Development and CFO at Notal Vision, an Israeli medical device company developing cutting edge technology in ophthalmology.
Prior to that Ms. Lev-Avidor spent 4 years at J&J, Ethicon Endo Surgery (“EES”) division in Cincinnati, at the Business Development group.
EES is one of the world’s leading medical device companies with global sales of $ 4.5 billion.
She was responsible for managing M&A opportunities across EES’ areas of interest including general and minimally invasive surgery, breast care and colorectal cancer.
Ms. Yael Lev-Avidor holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a BA in Accounting and Finance from the College of Management.
