Wouter Rosingh joined HFAME in November 2002 as a full-time executive director on HFAME's board.
His prior experience was largely in strategy consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton, where most recently he had been Regional Operations Director for Europe and a member of the firm's World-wide Leadership Team.
His client work focused on change programmes and inter-corporate transactions for large corporations to maximise shareholder value.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, Wouter advocated harnessing the firm’s understanding of industry and competitive dynamics to influence corporations as a shareholder.
He was active on Booz Allen Hamilton’s Investment Committee and co-led the creation of a joint venture investment fund with Lehman Brothers.
Separately Wouter has been involved in establishing a number of businesses and spent 5 years working as Managing Director with bottom line responsibility for two of them.
He has served as non-executive director on the board of a publicly listed French company and has extensive professional experience in many European countries as well as Brazil and the USA. He holds a B.A.
(Economics) from Macalaster College, an M.Sc.
(Economics) from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A.
(Finance) from the University of Chicago.
He speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Portuguese.
In November 2004, Wouter formally joined HFAME’s Investment Committee and also joined the HFAM Board as alternate director.
