Whitehead is a Senior Managing Director & Principal at Steel Grove Capital Advisors LLC.
He works with firm's families in the development of their investment strategy and manages the asset allocation process.
He joined the firm in 2003.
Mr. Whitehead worked for Credit Suisse Securities, where he advised on and executed over $15 billion of leveraged finance transactions.
Previously, he was with Deloitte & Touche where he primarily provided audit and attestation services to companies in the financial services industry.
He received his Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia.
At Southern Methodist University, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with honors.
He also received his Master of Science in Accounting from the same University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
