Mr. Win P.
Nelson is a Managing Director at Wood Asset Management, Inc. He joined Wood Asset Management in March 2008 from Titanium's Sovereign Advisers, where he served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Sovereign Advanced Strategies from 2005 to 2008 and as Sovereign's Executive Vice President from 2000 to 2005.
He previously held leading positions with Madison Investment Advisors, Baird Asset Management, and Aon, a global consulting firm.
He has wealth of investment management experience.
He is the originator and lead manager of our Dynamic Risk Management (DRM) investment process, he leads the firm's on-going multi asset class research effort, and authors the DRM Quarterly Review & Opinion.
Mr. Nelson holds degrees from Hillsborough College and The University of Florida.
He has completed advanced study programs at The Wharton School, Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and a number of research projects with The Center for Research in Security Prices at the University of Chicago.
He earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation and was a contributing member of the Investment Management Consultants Association for more than a decade.
