William E. Adams

Mr. Adams has over 18 years of extensive experience in project, program, and construction planning and management with an emphasis on large scale, complex projects.
His responsibilities have encompassed project acquisitions and feasibility analysis, development of design guidelines and project procedures, management of design and construction, community outreach, and consultation with outside agencies for project approvals.
He has seasoned experience in design management and construction management, cost control, and project controls.
He is proficient in developing and monitoring project schedules and document control systems using Primavera and Expedition.
Mr. Adams served two terms on the board of the National Organization of Minority Architects.
He frequently speaks to community and school groups and is a recipient of the Mayor’s Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Los Angeles for his work in educating minority and women-owned construction contractors about construction management.
