Mr. Antoniades was one of the founding members of Fizzion, a unique university/corporate incubation partnership with The Coca-Cola Company.
As Director of Incubator Operations at Fizzion, he worked with entrepreneurs on matching their offerings with corporate needs.
Before joining ATDC, he was a co-founder of Netgain, an Internet software company that was sold to Firstwave in Atlanta.
Earlier in his career, he started the first Internet initiatives at ADAM Software, a startup company that went public and later became adam.com.
He received his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech and his MBA from Georgia State.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Business Incubation Association.
