Mr. Warren, a well renowned Texas businessman, owns a range of diversified companies ranging from real estate (construction, leasing and investment), to financial services.
His successful track record, and reputation as a business visionary, has led to his inclusion in a number of Government task forces nationally and to Government diplomatic missions internationally.
Mr. Warren is an accomplished lecturer and has authored articles for a number of State and National publications.

Mr. Warren has long recognized the impact of technology in reshaping industry, having lectured business leaders on these issues back in the early 80's.
