Formerly known as Robeco Investment Management, Inc., the firm was founded by Mark Donovan, Robert Jones, Harry Rosenbluth, and Paul Heathwood in 1995 as Robeco USA, Inc. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of OCE US Holding, Inc., ultimately held by ORIX Corp. (TYO: 8591, NYSE: IX), a Tokyo-based international financial services company established in 1964.
