Thomas O'Connor

Mr. Thomas O'Connor is Senior Vice President at Fiduciary Counselors, Inc. and Adjunct Professor at George Mason University School of Law.
Mr. O’Connor has over nine years of experience working with small firms to ensure efficient financial operations.
He is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting procedures, budgeting, both internal and external financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory authorities.
Mr. O’Connor is also a member of the company’s Litigation Committee, where he assists in evaluating potential settlements and making prohibited transaction exemption determinations.
Prior to joining Fiduciary Counselors in 2007, Mr. O’Connor was the Controller at Trusted Edge, Inc., a private software development company specializing in document retention and e-discovery products.
He was responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial reporting and day to day operations.
He received his BSBA, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University, his JD from the George Mason University School of Law, and his LL in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center.
