Thomas Horak

Prior to joining GB Merchant Partners, Mr. Horak worked as Director, Originations at National City Bank and Vice President, Originations at U.S.
Bank, both in Chicago, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and closing highly leveraged asset based/stretch senior credit facilities within the Midwest market.
Mr. Horak has also held various positions at other financial institutions including M.G.
Capital, Finova Capital Corporation and Heller Financial.
Mr. Horak holds an MS and BS in Accountancy from the University of Iowa and he is also a CPA.
