Ms. Critzer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Restore Medical Inc. She was President and CEO of Integ Incorporated until its recent acquisition by Inverness Medical and Johnson and Johnson, Inc. Integ was a publicly traded development stage company developing glucose monitoring systems for diabetics.
Prior to joining Integ, Ms. Critzer spent six years with American Cyanamid Corporation's Davis and Geck Division, where she held a number of management positions including Director of Engineering for D&G's start-up Endosurgery division.
She also held management positions with Becton-Dickinson Corporation in manufacturing engineering and quality assurance, and was with General Motors Corporation where she held a variety of management, manufacturing, information systems, quality assurance, and engineering positions.
Ms. Critzer holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BSME from Kettering University (General Motors Institute).
She is an adjunct professor in the Department of Manufacturing and Systems Engineering at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, and a member of the University of St. Thomas Industrial Advisory Board.
