Profile

Ms. McCoy joined Meritage in 2001 and serves on the Boards of Directors of Exabyte Corporation, Trillion Partners, a company she co-founded, and is a board observer of Atreus Systems.
Prior to joining Meritage, she specialized in equity financings and merger and acquisitions of technology companies with The Wallach Company, a Denver-based boutique firm subsequently sold to Key Bank.
In 1996, Ms. McCoy co-founded the corporate finance practice of Arthur Andersen in Moscow, Russia where she focused on debt and equity financings.
Prior to that, she served as an audit manager for Arthur Andersen.
Ms. McCoy received her accounting degree from Texas Christian University and her MBA with high distinction from Harvard.
She currently serves as a director of Meritage portfolio company Trillion Partners (a company she co-founded).
