Prior to joining Tetrem in 2008, Mr. Hayward an Investment Analyst after 2 years with Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America in Minneapolis, where he led the development and implementation of valuation methodologies including financial reporting software, most recently as Assistant Vice President, Financial Development.
Prior experience includes 2 years as Senior Investment Risk Analyst with Ameriprise and 5 years as an Actuarial Consultant with Deloitte.
Mr. Hayward graduated from the University of Manitoba, I.H.
Asper School with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and from the University of Minnesota with a Master of Business Administration.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
