Mr. Baldock has specialized in private client work throughout his 25-year career, initially in Scotland with Tilney and Barclays Stockbrokers, where latterly he managed a team of 12 brokers before moving south to help set up the firm’s London office.
Prior to the merger of Quilter & Co. Ltd.
and Cheviot Asset Management Ltd.
in June 2013, he joined the former in late 2008 by way of an internal move from Citi Smith Barney where he had been running a trading desk responsible for providing stockbroking and investment services to the bank’s employees in the UK and Europe.
