Ronald A. Kahn

Mr. Kahn is a managing director of Lincoln International LLC where he heads the firm’s private placement activities.
Mr. Kahn has been actively involved in assisting both corporate clients and financial buyers raise capital for acquisitions, growth and recapitalizations.
Because of his expertise in the placement of subordinated debt, for the past ten years Mr. Kahn has been chairing the “Symposium on Mezzanine Finance” a national conference on mezzanine capital which has been recognized as the leading forum for providers of junior capital in the United States.
In addition, he has authored numerous articles on mezzanine finance and is a frequent speaker on raising debt and equity capital.
Prior to joining Lincoln International, Mr. Kahn held similar positions with Duff & Phelps and Mesirow Financial.
Between 1978 and 1987, Mr. Kahn served as Chief Financial Officer of several public companies including the Diana Corporation, a diversified investment company, and Windsor Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of lamps and ceiling fans.
A certified public accountant, Mr. Kahn began his career with KPMG after receiving his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Mr. Kahn currently serves on the board of directors of The Parksite Group and Osterman & Co. and was previously a director of CMI Corporation and Murray’s Discount Auto Stores.
He also serves on the Advisory Board of Capital Resource Partners.
