The firm is comprised of Inversiones Security Administradora de Fondos, Inversiones Security Corredores de Bolsa, Inversiones Security Asesorias and Inversiones Security Securitazadora. Valores Security is based in Las Condes. Administradora General de Fondos Security SA (AGF Security) is the fund management subsidiary of Banco Security SA, which is a subsidiary of financial services firm Grupo Security SA (SSE: SECURITY) in Chile. Founded in 1992 as Administradora de Fondos Mutuos Security SA, the firm changed their name to their current name in 2003. AGF Security is headquartered in Santiago and specializes in providing advisory services, asset and investment management for individual, corporate and institutional clients.
