Roberts Latvis Grava

Grava is a Chief Executive Officer at Crown Agents Investment Management Ltd.
He brings over 25 years of global institutional asset management experience to the firm.
Having undertaken his new role at CAIM, he will lead the team forwards into the next stage in CAIM's growth strategy, using his extensive expertise and experience to strengthen the firm's offering to its network of central banks, pension funds and sovereign wealth fund clients in developing countries.
During his long career, he has held senior positions at several highly reputed industry players across both the private sector - notably JP Morgan Asset Management - and the public sector - including the World Bank, where he was Engagement Manager for the World Bank's Reserves Advisory and Management Program (RAMP).
He also brings hugely valuable experience as a central banker himself, having spent over a decade as Chief Investment Officer, Head of Reserves Management and Market Operations, and a Member of the Executive Board at the Central Bank of Latvia.
