Dr. Zullig is Vice Chairman of the Board of HSBC Guyerzeller Bank AG, Zurich, a consultant of the law firm Bar & Karrer, Zurich and trustee of major families and Director of the Board of private companies.
From 1998 to 2003, Dr. Zullig served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of HSBC Guyerzeller Bank AG, Zurich; from 1984-98, as a member of the Executive Committee and head of the Trust and Legal Division of Guyerzeller Bank; from 1980-90, as a member and Vice Chairman of the Tax Court of the Canton of Zurich.
Dr. Zullig graduated in law and economics from University of Geneva and received his Ph.D.
in international company law from University of Basel.
Dr. Zullig was admitted as attorney-at-law and notary public in Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland in 1975.
