Robert Wainio

Bob has more than 12 years of experience as an equity capital investor and investment banking advisor.
Prior to joining the group, he served as vice president and area head of Citicorp Venture Capital until 1991, and president of Cliff Partners, a small regional merchant banking group, from 1992 to 1995.
Bob holds a B.A.
in finance and accounting from Cleveland State University.
He received an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Bob serves as a director of Consolidated Foundries, Jorgensen Forge, New Northwest Broadcasters, S.
Madill and Zero Manufacturing.
