Blaylock's Debt Capital Markets group is responsible for soliciting, structuring and executing debt and related product businesses, including new issues of both public and private debt. The Equity Capital Markets group undertakes the origination, structuring, marketing and pricing of public offerings and private placements of equity and equity-related securities. They also advise institutional clients on financing strategies in the context of merger and acquisition activity and public market restructurings and monetization programs. Blaylock was founded in 1993 by Ronald E. Blaylock and was incorporated as Blaylock & Co. in April 2005. Headquartered in New York City, Blaylock is a member of the NASD and the SIPC.
