Richard Pierce

Prior to Monroe, Mr. Pierce was a Vice President with LaSalle Business Credit where he started his banking career as a field examiner.
Mr. Pierce held various roles at LaSalle Business Credit including the management of middle-market loans, which included troubled credits and turnarounds, as well as underwriting middle-market loans.
Mr. Pierce earned his B.S.
in Accounting from Temple University and his B.A.
in Music from Butler University.
He is also a certified public accountant.
Mr. Pierce is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
