Prior to joining the Shay organization in 1982, Mr. Blackburn built his career in the institutional bond sales arena and served as an Investment Officer for a variety of firms including Harris Bank, First Interstate Bank, First National Bank of Chicago, and Merrill Lynch.
His primary expertise is in the mortgage securities markets, particularly in the area of floating and/or adjustable rate securities.
