Profile

Previously, Mr. Levy was a Vice President at J.P.
Morgan Partners, the Private Equity Division of JPMorganChase.
He managed the group's tax department as well as several of its investment partnerships.
The majority of Mr. Levy's time was devoted to analyzing the tax implications associated with preferred stock, high yield debt, derivatives, merger and acquisition transactions, worthless securities and complex tax structures in multiple foreign jurisdictions.
Prior to his association with J.P.
Morgan Partners, Mr. Levy spent over nine years in public accounting at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, primarily servicing financial service institutions including: Morgan Stanley, PaineWebber Asset Management, Dreyfus Corporation, and Alliance Capital.
Mr. Levy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a M.S.
in Taxation from Fordham University and a B.S.
in Accounting from Rutgers University.
