Profile

Dr. Aubert has worked with Sofinnova since 1999, and has more than 25 years' experience in laser and opto-electronics.
Prior to this, he was the founder, President & CEO of Continuum/Quantel International, which he led with sustained profitability from its inception to more than $60M in revenue.
He holds a Ph.D.
in Quantum Optics , an Engineering Degree in Optics, and an M.S.
in Physics from the University of Paris.
He is also an alumnus of the Stanford Executive Institute (1988) and holds an M.B.A.
and an M.S.
in Economics from the University of Paris.
Dr. Aubert is a fellow of the Optical Society of America (OSA), the Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE), and he served as a Board member for the Laser and Electro-Optics Manufacturers' Association (LEOMA 1990-1996).
He has numerous publications in both scientific and professional journals.
