Mr. Henzi joined Sterne Agee after operating his own business, Energy Indicators.
He founded Energy Indicators in 2002, an independent research resource firm dedicated to fundamental energy industry research.
Prior to forming Energy Indicators, he held senior positions at a buy-side firm, State Street Research and Management Company, and at two sell-side firms, Stephens Inc. and Gerard Klauer and Mattison.
He has nearly three decades of experience as a research analyst.
Mr. Henzi has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The Boston Globe, The New York Times and in The Oil and Gas Journal.
He is a member of the National Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts.
Mr. Henzi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the US Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.
Prior to his business career, he was in the US Navy, serving as an officer in two nuclear-powered fleet ballistic missile submarines.
