Phillip Tate

Phillip has joined from Ernst & Young’s Leeds practice having previously worked for Arthur Andersen in Leeds and Melbourne.
Mr. Tate has been involved in a number of high profile restructurings in the UK, Europe and US involving lending of up to £1 billion.
More recently Mr. Tate has completed a number of accelerated M&A transactions, which have focused on providing more innovative solutions for returning value to stakeholders.
He has a wide sector experience, particularly in automotive and manufacturing, and has worked with a range of private equity, corporate and financial institutions.
