Prior to joining INTECH in 2008, Dr. Nguyen-Thanh worked with Goldman Sachs in their Tokyo, Japan office as a Desk Strategist for Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities.
He has also held research positions at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and Columbia University.
Dr. Nguyen-Thanh received his Ph.D.
in Mathematics from Columbia University and B.Sc., First Class Honors, in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
While at the University of South Wales, he received the University Medal for outstanding Academic Achievement at the undergraduate level.
