Perry Ogen

Mr. Ogen works with Financial Intelligence, LLC and provides financial and strategic consulting services including transaction management and valuation services.
Mr. Ogen's experience includes several years in Consulting, Venture Capital and M&A.
Mr. Ogen was previously a partner with Vertex Venture Capital.
Prior to that he founded a group of angel investors in the Bay Area.
Mr. Ogen also led several investments while working at Intel Capital and was a partner at Helix Capital, a boutique M&A firm.
Before making the switch to the investment world, Mr. Ogen was a consultant with McKinsey and Company in Brussels as well as San Francisco.
Mr. Ogen holds a BE and a ME form Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
