In 2001, Ms. Fleischer joined the SEC as a Securities Compliance Examiner where she conducted routine, cause, and sweep examinations of investment advisers, 1940 Act funds, hedge fund managers, and venture capital fund managers.
In 2007, Ms. Fleischer became a Principal Consultant at ACA Compliance Group and performed various mock SEC audits.
From 2008 to 2010, Ms. Fleischer was a Compliance Officer at TIAA-CREF where she performed compliance reviews, created and conducted marketing compliance training sessions, and revised compliance policies and procedures.
From 2009 to 2010, Ms. Fleischer served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Kaspick & Co, a TIAA-CREF subsidiary, and created a regulatory compliance manual, performed regulatory risk assessments, and conducted compliance testing and reviews.
