In October 2019, private investment vehicles affiliated with TA Associates Management LP (TA Associates) acquired an indirect majority interest in WEG. WEAS provides investment advice to individuals, high net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and charitable organizations, corporations and other businesses, and pension and profit-sharing plans.

Founded in 1986, HHG & Co. LLC is a wealth management firm and registered investment advisor located in Darien, Connecticut. The firm is a subsidiary of Wealth Enhancement Group LLC and their ultimate parent is WEG Holdings LLC. They were formerly known as Hynes, Himmelreich, Glennon & Co. LLC.

Joel Isaacson & Co. LLC (JIC) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and wealth management firm headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded by Joel Isaacson in 1993 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Focus Operating LLC, ultimately held by Focus Financial Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOCS). JIC provides wealth management services and portfolio management services primarily to high net-worth individuals, and occasionally to corporate pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable trusts and non-high net-worth individuals.
