Mr. Paul Pantalena is Senior Managing Director & Head of Trading of Electronics Trading Group at Weeden & Co. LP.
He joined Weeden in 2006 to build the electronic trading platform in conjunction with Partner Pragma Financial.

Prior to working at Weeden, he was in charge of two major buy-side trading desks.
He served as Sr. Vice President, Director of Equity Trading at Dreyfus Funds after ten years as Managing Director, Head of Equity Trading at Columbus Circle Investors.
He began his career at General Electric Investments in 1985.
Mr. Pantalena received his BS in Finance/Investments and a minor in Economics from Quinnipiac University.
