Prior to joining Monarch in 2008, Mr. David was a Vice President in the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Lehman Brothers where he worked on advisory assignments for clients in the technology sector and an Associate in the Global Industrial Group at UBS AG.
Mr. David also held various positions for the State of Israel including Procurement Specialist for the Economic Department and Team Leader for the Protective Department and served in the Israel Defense Forces.
Mr. David received a Bachelor of Law from Tel-Aviv University and an M.B.A.
specializing in Finance from the Leonard N.
Stern School of Business at New York University.
