Norio Sato

Norio Sato has been a Director of Activus Pharma Co., Ltd.
since October 2006, President and Chief Executive Officer of PharmaBiz Inc. since 2003, and a Representative of PSI Pharma Support Japan Office since 2006.
Prior to joining Activus Pharma, he worked for Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
from 1977 to 1999.
Before joining Chugai Pharmaceutical, Dr. Sato was a Senior Researcher of Chugai Research Laboratories from 1977 to 1982, Scientific Representative of Chugai New York Office from 1983 to 1986, Director of International Development for Tokyo Japan from 1986 to 1992, and Director of Business Development for Tokyo Japan from 1993 to 1996.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Operations and Planning for Chugai Biopharmaceuticals Inc. from 1996 to 1999 and Senior Vice President of the Japan and Asia Groups for Cambridge Pharma Consultancy from 1999 to 2003.
Dr. Sato holds a PhD.
