Prior to joining Westbury, Mr. Gupta was a Senior Associate at Saunders Karp & Megrue, a private equity fund focusing on leveraged buyout investments.
From 1997 through 1999, Mr. Gupta was an Associate at McCown De Leeuw & Co., a private equity fund dedicated to middle market leveraged buyout investments.
Previously, Mr. Gupta was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Gupta currently serves on the Board of Directors of AirWave Wireless and OmniGuide.
Additionally, he serves as Board Observer representing Westbury's interest in Intelliden.
Mr. Gupta earned his BS in Finance, cum laude from New York University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
