Mr. Nikos Koulouras is Head of Real Estate at Salamanca Capital Ltd.
Before joining Salamanca Capital, Mr. Koulouras was in the origination team for Merrill Lynch’s commercial real estate group where he worked on a number of investments across Europe.
A trained architect, he spent the early part of his career designing large-scale residential and commercial developments in Australia and Greece before moving into real estate development and investment in SE Europe.
Mr. Koulouras holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York and a degree in Architecture from RMIT University in Melbourne.
