Nick Ryder

Mr. Nicholas R.
Ryder, CFA, is a Chief Investment Officer at Kathmere Capital Management LLC.
He leads the Investment Committee at Kathmere Capital Management.
Prior to joining Kathmere at its founding in 2019, he worked for The Vanguard Group in a variety of investment and business leadership roles.
Immediately prior to joining Kathmere, he worked in the group at Vanguard responsible for overseeing and developing Vanguard’s global suite of mutual funds and ETFs.
In his position, he was responsible for supporting the oversight of Vanguard’s funds and conducting investment reviews focused on the portfolio management, positioning, and performance of Vanguard’s funds for a range of institutional and financial advisor clients.
In this role, he also consulted with institutional retirement plan providers on plan line up construction and investment fiduciary best practices.
Previously at Vanguard, he led a team responsible for driving the development and implementation of the investment strategies and financial planning methodology for Vanguard’s retail advice offer.
He also spent time as a senior strategy analyst in Vanguard’s internal business consulting arm leading strategic analyses focused on generating solutions to critical business opportunities.
He graduated cum laude with a degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
