Neeraj Chugh

Mr. Chugh joined TZP Group in February 2008.
Mr. Chugh began his career in 2003 as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
In 2004, he joined Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. as a Financial Analyst and served clients in the Global Investment Banking Group, where, during his tenure, he worked on numerous M&A and financing transactions.
In 2006, Mr. Chugh joined Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. as a Senior Analyst in the Global Principal M&A/Investments Group and was promoted to Associate in 2007.
At Merrill Lynch, he originated, evaluated and executed strategic acquisitions and partnerships for the Global Markets and Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Chugh received his B.S.
in Finance & Accounting from the Leonard N.
Stern School of Business at New York University in 2003.
