Collins, became Director in April 2004.
He has been Director of First State Bank of Flagstaff, Arizona, since September 1998.
Mr. Collins retired in 2003 after a long career in banking.
Most recently, he served as president and CEO of Bank of the Southwest from February 2002 to September 2003, a community bank in Tempe, Arizona.
From September 1999 to February 2002, he was the president of Nordstrom fsb in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Nordstrom fsb, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nordstrom, Inc., issues Nordstrom branded credit and debit cards, offers checking account and other financial services to Nordstrom customers, and provides related services and support for a number of other Nordstrom activities.
His banking career spans 39 years, including serving as executive vice president, chief lending officer, and chief audit officer of Valley National Bank of Arizona, where he served from August 1964 to September 1987.
