Nancy H. Wu

Prior to joining Ramius in July 2000, Ms. Wu was an equity research analyst at Prudential Securities Incorporated where she covered telecommunication equipment companies.
From 1996 to 1999, Ms. Wu was an equity analyst at Wasserstein Perella Securities where she provided investment recommendations on a group of companies that encompassed the computer hardware, software and services industries.
Ms. Wu began her career as an engineer at Services.
Ms. Wu is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
She received a B.E.
from Stevens Institute of Technology with a concentration in civil/environmental engineering.
