Mitch Teufel

Mr. Teufel is an active investor and independent board of advisor member of the Frontier Performance Fund I LLC (“Frontier”), contributing Partner to Arch River Capital LLC, and personnel performance advisor Arch River Navigator Fund I.
Mitch contributes his expertise in the areas of professional organization, personnel efficiency assessments, and team leadership development training with the General Partners of Arch River and executive managers of its portfolio companies and other various investments.
Mitch has over 35 years in various broad backgrounds providing mental health counseling and delivering business development training.
In addition, Mitch also provides performance business coaching and specializes in working with Fortune 1000 size companies.
He assists to improve and increase leadership development, operating performance, including assessing personnel for various strategic roles, talent acquisition evaluations, and optimizing peak performance within work teams.
Mr. Teufel has had a long commitment to public service and philanthropy.
He strongly believes in providing financial support to underserved populations, establishing opportunities for students to access and complete their college education.
Mr. Teufel has been on many community boards assisting in various governance and other fiduciary responsibilities.
In addition, Mitch has been an active private investor in the Pacific North West area for many years.
He continues to assist and coach high-growth start-ups in optimizing their leadership skills development, focus management, and overall personnel performance.
