Prior to joining GRP Partners in 2003, Mr. McCartney was an Executive Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. Previously, he had spent eight years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, most recently as a Senior Vice President in DLJ's Investment Banking Division.
While at DLJ, he was focused on the structuring and execution of strategic merger and acquisition transactions, leveraged finance and private equity transactions primarily in the healthcare, specialty retail and technology industries.
Mr. McCartney attended Princeton University where he received a BA, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
