Martin Dineen

Mr. Dineen is a seasoned investor with experience in all facets of control and non-control investing.
Prior to joining Private Equity Capital Corporation, he spent eight years as an investment manager and board member with an international junior capital and private equity investment firm, where he was responsible for the firm’s investment operations.
In this capacity, he sourced and structured investments, managed the due diligence process, oversaw portfolio company performance, and managed asset sales and recapitalizations.
Prior to private equity, Mr. Dineen worked in the corporate banking and capital markets groups of Manufacturers Hanover and Bank of Boston.
He is a graduate of Siena College and Pace Law School, and is licensed in New York as a CPA and attorney.
