It is a community-driven application which gathers some complementary map data and other traffic information from users and learns from users' driving times to provide routing and real-time traffic updates. The company was founded by Uri Levine, Ehud Shabtai, and Amir Shinar in 2008 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.
